I help people and their relationships transition from stuck to unstuck, from barely surviving to thriving. I believe our relationships and connection with others are the greatest joys in life. Other people can also be a source of immense pain and suffering. I want to partner with you to create realistic goals that change your life and your relationships for the better. Let’s put together a plan that’s crafted just for you. You don’t have to feel stuck anymore.

My goal is to connect with my clients wherever they are in life, in an affirming and person-centered posture. My clients would describe me as always making an effort for them to feel heard and equally empowered in the room. My approach as a therapist includes a basis of being trauma and attachment informed, which means we have all been hurt, especially as children. This can impact our lives today in the form of underlying thoughts, behaviors (CBT), and body effects(Somatics). I utilize evidence-based methods from credible sources such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) for individuals, along with the Gottman Method and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples and families.
