Group Therapy

Group Therapy in the Dallas-Fort Worth Area

In an age where mental health awareness is at the forefront of societal conversations, the importance of accessible and effective therapy options cannot be overstated. Among the various types of therapeutic support available, group therapy has emerged as a valuable service offering that allows individuals to connect, share, and heal together in a supportive environment.

Group therapy can be particularly beneficial for those experiencing feelings of isolation or struggling with specific issues. The essence of group therapy lies in its collective approach; participants benefit from a shared experience that enables them to learn not only from the facilitator but also from each other. In this dynamic setting, individuals discover that they are not alone in their struggles, fostering a sense of belonging and understanding that can be profoundly healing.

How It Works

  1. Once you identify the group you’re interested in from the list below, fill out this form.
  2. Our client support team will reach out and get you scheduled for a 30 minute meeting with the group facilitator to determine fit.
  3. If you and the facilitator determine it is a good fit, you will be added to the list, sent all the required paperwork, and invited once the first session has been scheduled (or be invited to the next session if it’s an ongoing group).
