Lisethe Salcido, M.A., LPC-Associate
My approach is rooted in the belief that every person has the innate ability to heal and transform. Life brings us moments of pain, loss, and uncertainty, but within each of us lies the capacity for resilience, self-awareness, and growth. With the right support, even our most difficult experiences can become powerful opportunities for learning and renewal.
I have extensive experience working with athletes—from beginners to world-class competitors—as well as their families and coaches, supporting their emotional well-being, focus, and performance.
I also work with individuals, couples, and groups facing a variety of life challenges, including:
- Anxiety and depression
- Low self-esteem and stress management
- Grief and loss
- Life transitions and crises
- Relationship and communication difficulties
- Divorce
- Family, blended family adjustments
- Culture Shock / Reverse Culture Shock
- LGBTQIA+ issues
- Injury /Surgery recovery
- Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Trauma
- Relationship problems
- Vocational orientation /Career change
Being bilingual in English and Spanish, I provide a space where clients can feel comfortable expressing themselves fully in the language that feels most natural to them.
I’m grateful to be part of this team and look forward to accompanying you on your journey toward healing and growth.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working in different countries and cultures, which has enriched my understanding of people and the diverse ways we grow, heal, and connect. Let’s start the conversation.
